This week we had the opportunity to help a client solve her lanai problems. Grading? Absolutely! She recently had a lanai built onto her home and was excited at the outdoor living it opened up for she and her family. She quickly realized though that there was a problem. Her lanai kept collecting water and flooding.

We analyzed the site and determined that not only did the yard need to be graded away from the lanai, but a drain needed to be added as well. We were able to complete the project in one day, just days after her initial request and she and her family are out enjoying the beautiful Florida spring as they had hoped.

From full lot clearing and grading to a backyard slope, we are here to help our SWFL neighbors enjoy all their land has to offer!
