About Southern Coast

Rob Watrous is the president of Southern Coast Land Services. He has been a lifelong resident of South West Florida and has spent the bulk of his life working on his family's tree plantation and working in construction management throughout the area. He is constantly intrigued and inspired by our special and beautiful landscape and is always researching the newest, most efficient ways to clear land, grade land, and implement landscaping. His knowledge of the local flora and fauna is second nature and makes his time with clients effective without unnecessary research and re-work.  Having spent his entire life working with the land and the equipment needed to execute all levels of jobs, he's made an invaluable coach to our Southern Coast team and oversees every job to ensure it is completed to the highest standards of integrity.

Rob is deeply involved with his wife and children & enjoys free diving, development work in the US & Africa, and reading.
